From October 1 until Juauary 31 2012, this is my breakdown of the DISH Network New Customer Promotions.
A lot of websites use flashing lights and mirrors to miss-direct you. This is the real Promotion.
- Standard setup and installation is FREE. Unless there is something way out of the ordinary, free means free at Sky View Video. Ordering some things ON LINE is often times cheaper, but not in the satellite business. DISH Network pays us to do the work for you because they know the happiest customers are the ones that can talk to someone locally. The only way we can service your account is if you place your order with us.
- Take $15.00 or $20.00 or $25.00 a month off of your bill for a whole year. There are no forms to fill out. The discount is automatic.
- FREE HD Programming for Life. DISH is now offering free high definition TV for life. It is common for others to charge $10.00 a month or to put the high definition channels in an expensive package. With DISH you pick the package and if a channel within the package is available in HD, You get it! In order to receive the Free For Life HD you must either sign up for Credit Card Auto Pay with paperless billing. Or pay a one time, up front charge of $99.00 and DISH will send your monthly bill in the mail.
- FREE HBO, Starz and Cinemax for 3 months. As a new DISH customer you will receive all these movie channels free for 3 months.
- FREE Multi-Sport Pack Offer. Free thru Jan 4 2012. With channels like the NFL Red Zone and the NHL network you have access to a lot of sports!!
- BLOCKBUSTER Movie Pass, FREE For 12 Months. With the TOP 200 or higher package you will get the BLOCKBUSTER Movie pass. Order a disc from BLOCKBUSTER for free. Return it and order another one for free. Do it as many times as you like for a year for free. Or get this, return the movie to the local store and get another one for free!! Also you can download movies to your HD DVR off of a list of over a thousand titles. Also you will receive an additional 22 channels of programming for the year. You will need a high speed internet connection and a HD DVR to download movies.
- In Home Service Plan, FREE for 6 Months. We think that your equipment will work every time and last forever. But, what if it doesn't? That's where we come in. If you have an issue that requires us to come to your house in the first 6 months, we will stop over, fix the problem and there will be no charge.(This does not happen often). After that, with the DISH In Home Service Plan, there would be a $15.oo charge if we had to come over. Most issues can be handled with a phone call to us. (Who are you going to call when you order your system from the guy in Montana)?
- Credit Card Auto Pay. We need to talk! DISH Network is the lowest cost all Digital TV Service in the U.S.A.. One way they do it is to try to cut costs. A great way to cut costs is to go to paperless billing. A lot of progressive companies are doing it. You can still get an E-bill sent to your email account if you sign up for it. And now they are making it worth your while with free movie channels and free HD TV for life!
DISH carries the local networks in every market in the continental U.S.A. so local channels are included in these prices.

Add $6.00 a month for the DVR service. The Digital Video Recorder is a satellite receiver that has a built in hard drive. You can record shows or pause live TV. The DVR is the best thing to happen to TV since Color.
Add $7.00 a month for each independent TV after the first two. DISH has dual receivers that come with two remote controls. When hooked up to two TVs two people can each watch a different channel at the same time. The promotions cover up to 3 receivers. dual receivers would make a total of 6 TVs. The first dual box is included in the programming fees. Each TV after the first two is $7.00 a month additional. Note: Only one of the two TVs hooked to a dual receiver will show programming in HD.
